Steven Titmus practises mainly in the areas of commercial and company law, contract law, revenue law and property law. He has a particular interest in advising on commercial transactions, including providing advice on the stamp duty, GST and other taxation consequences of transactions, and in documenting those transactions.
His knowledge and understanding of GST issues is widely recognised, and his advice has been sought by a number of accountancy and law firms on GST issues.
