Susan Del Favero has over 10 years experience in a variety of human resources areas in the professional services sector. Having worked in accountancy firms and law firms in both the Brisbane and Cairns market, Susan has a strong background in service deliverables associated with this sector. Susan has also worked in aged care and has a Bachelor of Business in Management and Human Resource Management from QUT.
She has worked on projects including developing performance management systems, job analysis, workforce planning, bonus schemes and other projects relating to human resource management.
