As a result of our recent Partners planning retreat, knowledge management has been identified as important for the continued growth of the firm.  We are now looking to appoint an experienced Knowledge Manager to drive this project.  The role is responsible for consolidating the existing knowledge management processes, designing and implementing new systems and to facilitate the sharing and collaboration of our intellectual capital throughout the firm. 

The successful candidate will have relevant experience including proven experience in implementing new initiatives.  You will have a background in managing projects, solid legal knowledge and enjoy working collaboratively with key stakeholders.  A sound understanding of information sharing systems and processes is essential and previous exposure to HotDocs, LawDocs, SharePoint and / or Open Practice will be highly regarded.

Ideally the successful candidate would possess a law degree and have an interest in developing a culture and systems that support the continuous development of the knowledge base of our firm.

We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our Brisbane office. 

Dually reporting to the Operations Manager and Human Resources Manager in Cairns, the role is responsible for coordinating the human resources, accounting and general office management functions for our Brisbane office.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years relevant management experience in a professional services environment.

The Brisbane office is currently looking for Lawyer to join our Commercial and Property team.  

Ideally, the successful candidate will have two to five years post admission experience in various areas of commercial law, the ability to take instructions and run matters in their own right, provide mentoring for junior staff and market effectively.   

The successful candidate will work in a structured environment with support and mentoring from senior professionals.  They will join an established practice consisting of both private and public sector clients.  With a focus on successful and defined outcomes, strong attention to detail and a desire to surpass client expectations is a must.
